Big 5 Construct Saudi will open next week from 30 August to 2 September 2026 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources. The event addresses the early stages of building development under the theme ‘From foundation to future, built for every scale’, connecting project leaders with suppliers in the business environment of the Kingdom.
Four Specialized Sectors at Big 5 Construct Saudi
The August edition of Big 5 Construct Saudi hosts four specialized co-located events: HVACR Saudi Arabia, FM & Clean Saudi Arabia, Heavy Saudi Arabia, and Totally Concrete Saudi Arabia. More than 1,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries will present products and equipment designed for ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects across the region.
Local participants include Alyamitech for pumping solutions, Alima for vertical access equipment, Gulf Insulation Group for thermal and acoustic protection, International Tube for electrical steel conduits, and Al Yamamah Steel. Meanwhile, international participants include Eurobend presenting automated welding systems, Polyfab Plastic Industry displaying acoustic piping, Relet Pro featuring scaffolding, and CSTB providing compliance and fire testing certifications.
Sustainability and Materials on the Impact Trail
The exhibition introduces the Big 5 Impact Trail to highlight practical sustainability solutions across the show floor. Participating companies demonstrate systems engineered to improve building efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and support long-term structure performance.
Specifically, Masdar is presenting carbon-negative wood panels from Kronospan, while Galaxy Technology features Albion Valves with verified carbon transparency across its cast-iron range. In addition, Star Factory displays spray polyurethane foam roofing systems, Keller provides ground improvement techniques, and Al-Futtaim Engineering details integrated energy management services for smart building facilities.
Technical Sessions and Industry Dialogue
Alongside the trade floor, Big 5 Talks gathers more than 40 industry experts across over 20 CPD-certified sessions. The educational schedule examines technical, regulatory, and operational trends that shape construction delivery in Saudi Arabia.
Speakers from organizations including the Saudi Building Code Center, ROSHN Group, SEVEN, Saudi Binladin Group, Misk City, Dussman Ajlan & Bros, and Modern Building Leaders will address regulatory codes, project governance, and the integration of artificial intelligence in project management workflows.
