Press release submissions<\/h2>\n<p>If you submit a press release through the Site (via web form, email ingestion, or any other channel), you represent and warrant that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are authorized by the originating organization to submit it for publication<\/li>\n<li>The content is original or properly licensed; you hold all necessary rights to images, logos, and quoted material<\/li>\n<li>The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not misleading<\/li>\n<li>It does not violate any third-party right (privacy, IP, contract, NDA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You grant Saudi ICT Shopper News a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to publish, edit, translate, format, archive, and republish the submitted content (including attached images) on the Site and on our social channels and through syndication partners, in any media now known or later developed, in connection with the editorial purposes of the Site.<\/p>\n<p>We may reject, edit, shorten, or refuse to publish any submission at our sole editorial discretion.
