AI does not decide what we cover, what is true, or what gets published \u2014 those are human decisions. Full detail: <a href=\"\/en\/ai-use\/\">AI Use Disclosure<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Which AI models do you use?<\/h3>\n<p>We use Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), GPT (OpenAI), GLM (Z.AI), Grok (xAI), and DeepSeek, chosen per task. The model used for any given article is logged internally and can be disclosed on request.<\/p>\n<h3>How do you fact-check?<\/h3>\n<p>For every consequential claim we cross-check names, numbers, dates, and quotes against the original source; verify external links; and have a second editor review. For financial, regulatory, or technical specifications, we verify against the underlying document. Anonymous sources are corroborated by a second source where possible. Industry briefings, embargoes, and exclusive announcements are welcome \u2014 note the embargo in the subject line.<\/p>\n<h3>Will you publish my press release verbatim?<\/h3>\n<p>Not usually. Press releases are starting points, not finished articles. We rewrite into our own voice, add context and prior reporting, and verify key facts. Time-sensitive announcements should be flagged in the subject line as &#8220;URGENT&#8221; with the embargo time.<\/p>\n<h3>Do you charge for publishing press releases?<\/h3>\n<p>Standard editorial coverage is free. Sponsored content and paid editorial are available separately and labeled clearly. If a story contains critical reporting about a person or organization, we contact them for comment before publication where reasonably possible (right of reply).
