In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, governments and businesses globally are shifting employees to work from home or other remote locations. These organizations face unprecedented challenges and IT systems are under strain from demands placed by remote employees. Home based employees often face no alternative but to use home networks and personal devices for sensitive work. Conversations that would normally have taken place face-to-face within secured networks are now made over cellular networks and the Internet.

Hackers and cyber criminals, both state sponsored and non-state sponsored target remote, home-based employees with documented attacks against government and corporations, including mobile network based surveillance and espionage targeting mobile communciations of remote employees.

KoolSpan recognizes these organizations must operate, but urges them to take prudent precautionary measures protecting employees calls, texts and data.

Remote employees can easily take advantage of KoolSpan’s TrustCall Global Service which delivers high fidelity audio via intuitive, easy-to-use solution that installs in minutes and requires no user training. Organziations maintain flexibility to migrate to on-premise or hybrid deployments in the future.

Government and Enterprise-ready solutions need to be fast and easy, but also require security and privacy with high performance, oversight, management, and enterprise-grade features, plus if needed, the ability to completely control back-end communications infrastructure.

KoolSpan TrustCall is the only solution designed to meet these needs – high performance and HD quality, FIPS 140-2 validated encrypted audio, text, file content, data built around policy enforcement, control, management, and APIs available in flexible deployment configurations (public/private cloud, on premise, hybrid).
