It was the first of its kind, \u2018Hybrid\u2019 conference \u2013 with the virtual and in-person audience, organized by HSMAI ME in Dubai, and she participated as an on-stage panelist. It has worked seamlessly, just like the function of the Chief Commercial Officer works well at the senior management level in hotel chains.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Priyanka further stressed, \u201cCentralisation is key for Swiss-Belhotel because it is now treading into franchise and manchise arrangements with hotel owners.
