The deal covers fully managed end-to-end operations and optimization services with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ericsson.com\/en\/managed-services\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ericsson Operations Engine<\/a>\u00a0in Saudi Arabia\u2019s Western region in addition to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ericsson.com\/en\/portfolio\/digital-services\/digital-bss\/charging\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ericsson Charging <\/a>System, PS Core, and Intelligent Network (IN).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new extension includes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ericsson.com\/en\/portfolio\/digital-services\/cloud-communication\/cloud-volte-and-evolved-communication\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cloud VoLTE and Evolved Communication<\/a>, a solution that delivers voice and communication services across different devices and accesses. Ericsson will also provide network optimization services, combining network expertise with its state-of-the-art\u00a0cognitive software\u00a0to deliver a better customer experience and ensure a superior return from network assets. The deal also includes the Ericsson Operations Engine&#8217;s deployment\u00a0that supports Mobily to increase operational network efficiency and further enhance customer experiences for its subscribers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alaa Malki, Chief Technology Officer at Mobily, says: \u201cExpanding our long-term partnership with Ericsson is in line with our strategy to focus on our core business of providing world-class communications and the best possible service to our growing customer base. Today\u2019s agreement covers network and IT operations and field maintenance for our mobile networks, including access and core technologies.
