This success is a testament to ENGIE\u2019s commitment to its team members and their safety \u2013 something that has never been more important than in the last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As of December 2020, 10 million manhours were achieved without a lost-time incident, resulting in an injury that causes an employee to miss work.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe challenges of 2020 placed a mental toll on everyone, making focus more difficult because we were \u2013 and still are \u2013 distracted by what is going on in the world around us,\u201d said Miles Webb, Chief Operations Officer at ENGIE Solutions. \u201cSafety is always a priority for ENGIE, regardless of external circumstances. We instill in all of our colleagues how essential it is to remain focused on the job at hand and consider their wellbeing above all else.
