Many of the 191 participating countries will also be serving authentic dishes and drinks at their pavilions.\u201d<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The lauded line-up, revealed two months before Expo&#8217;s doors open, features more than 20 award-winning chefs representing restaurants that have earned Michelin stars &#8211; the global hallmark of fine dining and culinary excellence.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>These include American \u2018Gypsy Chef\u2019 David Myers, who will combine classic American fast food with an international influence at Adrift Burger Bar, and celebrated Armenian-American chef, Geoffrey Zakarian, who is set to debut The National Bar &amp; Dining Rooms \u2013 his vision of a grand caf\u00e9, offering modern bistro cuisine from breakfast to dinner. The six-month spectacle also features<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Pakistani street food go-to, Ravi Restaurant;<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Maraheb Yemeni Restaurant; Chicken Tikka Inn; briyani specialists Al Farwania Restaurant; and Sarouja Restaurant &amp; Caf\u00e9, a popular Syrian and Mediterranean spot.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the first global mega-events to take place since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Expo 2020 runs from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022, inviting visitors from around the world to join the making of a new world, experiencing a
