The Journey digital trusted identity platform, integrated with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.avaya.com\/en\/products\/ccaas\/public\/?utm_campaign=pr-rel-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Avaya OneCloud\u2122 CCaaS<\/a>\u00a0(Contact Center as a Service) offerings, enables enterprises to interact and transact with customers in a secure and simple manner.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With its use of multi-modal biometric technologies, including facial and voice authentication, Journey can confirm customer identity with 99.9999% accuracy in less than two seconds. Journey\u2019s patented Zero Knowledge<sup>TM<\/sup>&nbsp;Network gives Avaya OneCloud CCaaS customers the unique ability to digitally request information from their customers, from Personal Identifiable Information (PII) to payments to electronic signatures.
