Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund received this award in recognition of its outstanding investment performance, and after a comprehensive evaluation process carried out by a panel of experts on the basis of multiple performance factors. The investment funds that were eligible for the award were evaluated according to clear criteria by an independent jury composed of financial market experts.&nbsp;This year\u2019s virtual award ceremony came in the context of rapid developments in the Saudi investment funds sector, in line with the Financial Sector Development Program of Vision 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tariq Al-Sudairy, Managing Director and CEO of Jadwa Investment, said: \u201cWe aim to offer an expanding universe of compelling investment opportunities to our clients that enables them to construct well-diversified investment portfolios. We believe that sustainable investment returns can only be achieved through a clear and disciplined long-term investment methodology.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund is a closed-ended, Shariah-compliant real estate investment traded fund, with a total asset value of SAR 2.56 billion. The fund aims to provide investors with a continuous stream of income through the distribution of periodic profits by investing in a diversified portfolio of distinctive real estate assets in the main cities of Saudi Arabia.
