Consequently, New Balance has launched the \u2018You Run the Night\u2019 campaign in collaboration with KSA brand ambassadors Amy Roko and Saudi Reporters, to encourage movement after iftar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Spiritual renewal aligned to physical improvement.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Showing the deep connection of self-discipline for mind and body during Ramadan, 82% of KSA respondents said they set specific Ramadan fitness goals or resolutions, with the vast majority (79%) saying fasting during Ramadan makes it easier to stick to their fitness routines.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over two-thirds (67%) of KSA residents said they find it easier to maintain fitness goals during Ramadan, with time of workouts identified as the biggest change people make to their fitness activities during the holy month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nighttime Ramadan active fitness.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As well as a commitment to physical well-being the results also show that physical activity mainly happens at night with the emergence of a new \u2018night audience\u2019 of citizens and residents. Over 6 out of 10 residents (64%) reported higher energy levels at night during Ramadan with more than half (51%) saying they are most active and opting to exercise after Iftar and further into the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A diverse Ramadan fitness palette.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study also found a rich canvas of physical activity preferences of KSA residents during Ramadan, with almost three-quarters (72%) immersing themselves in a diverse array of activities, including aerobic dance classes, yoga, running, gym sessions, and cycling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Stuart Henwood, New Balance&#8217;s MENA Regional Manager, said, \u201cRamadan is a very special moment for everyone worldwide as a period for enhanced reflection, contemplation, and celebration with family and friends.<\/b> While it can be easy to lose track in between the hectic Ramadan schedule, the importance of movement cannot be underestimated.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMovement is rooted in our running heritage, and we are proud to play our part in encouraging everyone to run your way, celebrating self-expression and determination, values that New Balance has stood for over many years.
