Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), the world\u2019s largest district cooling services provider, has been awarded the Dubai Chamber CSR Label for the third consecutive year, in recognition of the company\u2019s social initiatives which seek to raise social and environmental awareness among its employees, clients and the whole society.<\/p>\n
