This year&#8217;s cohort underscores the firm&#8217;s dedication to nurturing a diverse and passionate community of solvers to support clients and contribute to the region\u2019s growth opportunities and transformation agendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nearly 95% of Saudi graduates onboarded are nationals, underscoring PwC\u2019s dedication to attracting, developing, and retaining key talent to be future leaders within the Kingdom\u2019s workforce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Riyadh Al Najjar, PwC Middle East Chairman of the Board &amp; KSA Country Senior Partner,<\/b> commented: \u201cAs we welcome over 120 new graduates, most of whom are proud Saudi nationals, we reaffirm our commitment to Vision 2030. The region\u2019s leading professional services firm will continue to invest in young talent, with plans to welcome more graduate cohorts at further dates throughout the year.&nbsp;PwC\u2019s newest colleagues will contribute to the firm&#8217;s ongoing investment in the Middle East and further strengthen its team, with more than 12,000 professionals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year\u2019s intake remains highly diverse, aligning with PwC\u2019s commitment to creating equal opportunities for all. More than 50% of the new hires are female, while nearly 87% are Arabic speakers.
