Proceeds from the issuance will be utilized for general corporate purposes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The international bond offering is part of PIF\u2019s Euro Medium-Term Note Program and was four times oversubscribed, with an order book of approximately $16 billion. The issuance comprised of two tranches:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$2.4 billion, (SAR 9 billion), five years<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$1.6 billion, (SAR 6 billion), 9 1\/2 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The oversubscription reflects the effectiveness of PIF\u2019s capital raising strategy and affirms PIF\u2019s key role in driving Saudi Arabia\u2019s economic transformation. It also underpins PIF\u2019s strong financial position, as well as its best practice approach to debt financing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahmed Alrobayan, Head of Public Markets, Global Capital Finance, at PIF, said: \u201cContinued strong demand from international institutional investors is testament to PIF\u2019s diversified investor base, robust medium-term capital raising strategy and strong credit profile. These factors allow uninterrupted access to the global capital markets and support PIF\u2019s efforts in driving Saudi Arabia\u2019s economic transformation.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PIF is rated Aa3 by Moody\u2019s with a stable outlook and A+ by Fitch, also with a stable outlook.
