It\u2019s a fantastic wave of transformation one of the highest levels of enterprise readiness for digital change I\u2019ve ever seen.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Huawei, he noted, has deployed many of its newest technologies in the region first\u2014ranging from <strong>5G Advanced<\/strong> networks and <strong>fiber innovations<\/strong> to <strong>AI-powered data centers<\/strong> reflecting the Gulf\u2019s willingness to adopt and scale transformative technologies rapidly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ai-the-core-of-true-transformation\"><strong>AI: The Core of True Transformation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAI is not a topic anymore it\u2019s a reality,\u201d Dr. Madkour asserted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He explained that genuine digital transformation cannot exist without integrating AI into its foundation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYou cannot talk about transformation without AI. You cannot execute it without preparing for intelligence and future innovations.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Huawei\u2019s approach to AI is <strong>full-stack and comprehensive<\/strong>, spanning chips, storage, cloud infrastructure, and large language models. Yet, its true focus lies in <strong>diffusing AI across every corner of society and every industry<\/strong> from oil and gas to education, healthcare, and manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key example is the concept of the <strong>\u201cIntelligent Campus,\u201d<\/strong> where AI is embedded in every layer\u2014from operations and maintenance to user experience and network optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAI agents now manage data centers and operations efficiently. Imagine a venue that automatically prioritizes bandwidth for VIP users or mission-critical meetings that\u2019s real intelligence in action.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-saudi-arabia-turning-vision-2030-into-an-ai-reality\"><strong>Saudi Arabia: Turning Vision 2030 into an AI Reality<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When discussing Saudi Arabia, Dr. Madkour praised its \u201cbold and inspiring\u201d Vision 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSaudi Arabia has one of the most comprehensive digital visions in the world, and Huawei is proud to be a partner in enabling it\u2014from ICT foundations to AI deployment.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Huawei has already established a <strong>cloud region in Saudi Arabia<\/strong>, offering services such as <em>ModelArts<\/em> and <em>GaussDB<\/em>, which bring AI and data management capabilities directly to Saudi enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He added that Huawei\u2019s infrastructure, from connectivity to storage, is now <strong>AI-native<\/strong>, supporting smarter operations, better customer experiences, and higher energy efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOur philosophy is simple: do more with less, and do it better.
