The shipment marks a significant milestone in the company’s aggressive AI infrastructure expansion.

According to Amin, technical teams are now focused entirely on rapid infrastructure deployment, ensuring all systems are fully operational before the start of the new year. This accelerated timeline reflects the company’s ambitious approach to building world-class AI infrastructure at scale.

US Commerce Department Approval Enables Major Chip Deal

In November 2024, the US Commerce Department granted approval for advanced semiconductor exports to HUMAIN and G42, coinciding with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s first visit to the United States since 2018. This approval represents significant US support for both countries’ AI ambitions.

The Commerce Department authorized both companies to purchase up to 35,000 Blackwell chips from NVIDIA, with an estimated value of approximately $1 billion.
