TP-Link, the leading wireless-router brand for seven consecutive years, today announced the C7 under its fledgling mobile phone brand Neffos.

Neffos was created to provide global consumers with high-quality smartphones at affordable price points. Its dedication to uncompromised excellence is echoed by TP-Link, which has a 21-year history of making reliable products and offering superior after-sales service to customers worldwide.
The Neffos C7 is proof of that commitment to excellence. Designed with today’s smartphone customer in mind, the C7 offers an ergonomic metallic form and a bright, crisp 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video conferencing on the phone’s generous HD display.

Speaking of selfies, a 10-level Real-Time Beautify mode allows for a live preview of many beautification choices, thus letting you capture the most flawless yet still natural-looking image with just one click.
Taking self-portraits in low light is not a problem either, thanks to the screen-flash feature. And should you need to put more people into the frame, the front camera’s wide 86-degree angle is up to the task. Selfies can be fixed and enhanced further with the help of leading imaging company ArcSoft’s software.
Never miss another shareable moment with the C7’s advanced 13-megapixel back-facing camera with phase-detection auto-focus as well.

Together, the two cameras make it easier than ever to capture amazing photos and videos from any angle, from day to night.

To improve everyday usability, the device sports an immersive 5.5-inch IPS-LCD screen for watching TV shows and movies, playing games, and browsing social media. The display looks fantastic and remains visible even under harsh sunlight. That leaves you with a device that’s great to take on the go or curl up with on the couch to consume content.

The Neffos C7 features a fingerprint reader intelligently placed on the upper portion of the back panel for convenient access. It offers added security that’s ideal for those who want to keep their information safe from prying eyes. This sensor unlocks the mobile phone with its screen on in as fast as 0.2 seconds.

A capable octa-core processor sits under the hood to let you crank through web browsing, games, email, and most other smartphone tasks. It is clocked at up to 1.5GHz and provides a snappy touchscreen experience. Paired with 2GB of RAM, it should be able to handle demanding applications without a hitch.

The Neffos C7 supports microSD cards, so you can expand the storage capacity by as much as 128GB.
“At Neffos, we continue to strive for meaningful innovation that meets the market’s needs. We recognize that consumers desire better-quality pictures from their mobile device regardless of lighting, but don’t want to spend a lot to get it, hence this capable camera phone that won’t break the bank,” said Jason Xu, Chief Executive Officer at Neffos.

He added: “With the Neffos C7, we believe we’ve struck the right balance between performance and cost. Indeed, it is a perfect combination of a high-quality, high-performance product at an affordable price — a goal that sprung from our mother company TP-Link’s culture of exceptional quality, cost control, and operational management.”

The Neffos C7 will be offered in select markets in 2018. There will be two color options — Cloudy Gray and Sunrise Gold.
