The economic participation rate for Saudi females aged 15 and above reached 36.3%, reflecting broader integration into the national workforce. Women in middle and senior management positions also increased, reaching 44% of such roles across public and private sectors.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Women-Owned Enterprises Represent 43.8% of Total<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Women-owned enterprises in the Kingdom numbered 774,123, representing 43.8% of all registered enterprises. Al-Otaibi noted that Saudi women also obtained a significant number of international patents during 2024 and 2025. The index covers five dimensions: economic, educational, health, regulatory, and social. The Observatory is also developing a Women&#8217;s Participation in Environment and Climate index to track contributions in that area.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al-Otaibi highlighted several government programs that supported these outcomes, including Tamheer, Wusool, and Qurrah, which address training, professional stability, and work-family balance respectively.
