The Najm We Care strategy was unveiled on Wednesday by Najm for Insurance Services, outlining a 2025-2030 framework focused on improving service delivery and enhancing road safety across Saudi Arabia’s insurance sector. The strategy was launched in the presence of Insurance Authority Chairman Abdulaziz Al Boug and senior officials from the Kingdom’s insurance industry.<\/p>\n\n

The Najm We Care strategy builds on the company’s evolution since its establishment in 2007. It seeks to advance the business model in line with industry developments while supporting national economic growth. The framework sets out a vision to advance safety, efficiency, and value across the insurance ecosystem through customer-centric solutions that deliver tangible social and economic impact.<\/p>\n\n

Four Core Pillars of the Strategy<\/h2>\n\n

The strategy is built on four core pillars. The first focuses on achieving excellence in core service delivery. The second involves driving innovation to enable smarter and more efficient motor insurance. The third aims to expand beyond traditional roles to establish a more comprehensive presence within the sector. The fourth emphasizes laying foundations for sustainable future growth.<\/p>\n\n

These pillars align with Najm’s ambitions to become the Kingdom’s leading accident response provider, a trusted mobility enabler, and a key driver of the insurance ecosystem. The company also aims to establish itself as a catalyst for sustainable growth within the sector.<\/p>\n\n

Key Targets and Performance Goals<\/h2>\n\n

Najm CEO Mansour Abuthnain stated that the Najm We Care strategy marks a new phase in the company’s journey. He noted that it reflects the company’s commitment to advancing the insurance ecosystem in Saudi Arabia while placing strong emphasis on improving road safety and delivering services that enhance sector efficiency.<\/p>\n\n

“The strategy is guided by a value system rooted in responsibility and a passion for service, aimed at delivering an exceptional customer experience through agile and effective collaboration,”<\/p>Mansour Abuthnain, Najm CEO<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n

The company’s targets include reducing traffic accidents by 30 percent, shortening the customer journey to under 10 minutes to achieve satisfaction rates exceeding 95 percent, and generating an estimated SAR 15 billion in savings for the insurance sector by 2030.<\/p>\n\n

Twenty Strategic Initiatives<\/h2>\n\n

To support these priorities, Najm has identified 20 strategic initiatives. These initiatives focus on developing remote accident assessment services using digital technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence<\/a>. The company also plans to advance damage assessment models in the Kingdom and establish a dedicated data center for the motor insurance sector.<\/p>\n\n
