These Nokia agentic AI broadband systems support network design and planning, accelerate rollout timelines, and automate assurance and operations tasks to improve end-user experience and boost operational efficiency.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AI-Powered Field Operations and Support<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Field technicians will have access to AI-powered voice, text, and image guidance during surveys and installations. Computer vision technology can build a live digital twin of fiber-to-the-home networks in real time. Helpdesk teams receive automated root cause analysis, which can identify network incidents within five minutes.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Nokia, these capabilities lift first-contact customer service resolution rates above 50 percent while reducing return visits to construction sites and homes by 50 percent.
