Specifically, the industry contributed \u20ac1.2 trillion to the GDP of the European Union in 2025, which is an increase from \u20ac1 trillion in 2024. Furthermore, the sector accounted for 1.3 million direct jobs and 1.1 million indirect jobs by the end of 2025.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rising Mobile GDP Contribution in Europe<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The long-term forecast indicates that the <a href=\"\/category\/telecom\/\">mobile GDP contribution<\/a> will continue to expand.
