Specifically, only 47% of CEOs state that a lack of understanding holds them back, down from 74% last year. In addition, only 31% of IT leaders feel fully equipped to secure these systems. This gap between executive ambition and technical readiness poses a significant risk to <a href=\"\/category\/cybersecurity\/\">cybersecurity<\/a> protocols.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Network readiness remains another critical bottleneck for many enterprises. Specifically, only 22% of organizations rate their network infrastructure as optimal for handling heavy workloads. As a result, infrastructure upgrades are now a critical focus area.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Fragmentation Challenges<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fragmented data represents the single greatest barrier to progress, according to 34% of CEOs.
