The closed-ended private vehicle will develop a mixed-use project named Multaqa AlMadinah 2, subject to regulatory approvals from competent authorities.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The development comprises more than 1,500 residential units and approximately 30,000 square metres of leasable space, alongside open green areas. Furthermore, the project links directly with the existing Multaqa AlMadinah retail destination and the Hilton Hotel and Hilton Branded Residences to expand local <a href=\"\/category\/economy\/\">economy<\/a> capacity.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/saudishopper.com.sa\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/madinah-real-estate-fund-signing-inline-1.webp\" alt=\"Architectural master plan for the Madinah real estate fund mixed use project\"\/><\/figure><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scope of the Madinah real estate fund<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the agreement, the partners divide specific operational responsibilities. Capital Hill will establish and manage the fund, while Kaden will act as developer, operator and investor. The location connects Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport with the Haramain High-Speed Railway station and King Abdulaziz Road, near the Prophet&#8217;s Mosque.
