Vision Bank and Publicis Sapient announced a strategic partnership during the Money20/20 Middle East conference in Riyadh on September 14, 2026. The agreement focuses on establishing an Innovation Hub and accelerating digital banking services for retail and enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia.

Under the terms of the agreement, Publicis Sapient will work alongside the digital bank to design and execute its innovation strategy. The initiative targets individual consumers alongside small and medium enterprises. In addition, the partnership supports national initiatives under the Financial Sector Development Program aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
The collaboration will use enterprise artificial intelligence platforms to build differentiated financial products. Specifically, the initiative intends to translate technical capabilities into measurable operational outcomes for the bank.

Publicis Sapient provides digital transformation platforms including Sapient Slingshot, Sapient Bodhi, and Sapient Sustain. As a result, the institution will use these frameworks to automate IT operations and modernize legacy banking workflows.
