Nova Gldani leads the showcase as a comfort-class residential complex in the Gldani district of Tbilisi. The project consists of three 22-story towers built on a 16,073-square-meter plot around a vehicle-free courtyard, offering units between 37 and 96 square meters along with padel courts, fitness facilities, running tracks, and retail shops.
Meanwhile, the Lisi Heights project is located in the Lisi area, about 10 minutes from Lisi Lake. The seven-story building features one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments measuring between 39.5 and 131.4 square meters, complete with city views, underground parking, terraces, and children play areas.
Mixed-Use Landmark Structure and Commercial Facilities
The third project, Landmark, sits on 6,881 square meters in the Didi Dighomi district near local universities and shopping centers. Furthermore, the development features two towers rising 19 and 23 stories, housing residential apartments, commercial spaces, hotel apartments, and a dedicated business center.
