The BCG Riyadh office has completed a physical expansion to increase workspace and staff capacity as client demand grows across Saudi Arabia. Boston Consulting Group announced the move on September 15, 2026, marking a continuation of its presence in the Kingdom since 2008.

The management consultancy currently employs over 350 consultants in the capital. These teams have executed more than 2,000 projects across core national sectors since the firm opened its initial dedicated location in 2015.

Features of the BCG Riyadh office

The updated premises feature collaboration areas built for modern team workflows, alongside specialized meeting rooms enabled by artificial intelligence. In addition, the workspace incorporates environmental sustainability systems alongside architectural elements derived from local Saudi design traditions.

Company leadership indicated that the layout supports both consulting staff and client teams transitioning strategies into operational execution. Specific units, including BCG X and BCG Platinion, will use the facility to deploy customized digital frameworks directly within client systems.

“Saudi Arabia’s transformation is Saudi-led, and our role is to support those driving it. Our expansion reflects our clients’ evolving needs and our long-term commitment to the Kingdom, working alongside Saudi professionals to build lasting capabilities aligned with Vision 2030.”

Sector Coverage and Public Programmes

The firm delivers advisory work across diverse industries, spanning energy, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, financial services, and tourism. Furthermore, consulting teams actively partner with public institutions, national transformation entities, and private sector enterprises throughout the country.

“Our ambition is to remain the leading strategic partner to institutions and businesses in Saudi Arabia. That means a continued focus on delivering Vision 2030, deeper private-sector engagement, greater emphasis on implementation and measurable impact, and continued investment in AI and digital capabilities.”

Talent Development and Jeel Tamooh

Local workforce development remains an operational focus for the consultancy. Through its Jeel Tamooh initiative, now in its eighth year, the company pairs Saudi students and early-career graduates with experienced mentors to address real business problems.

Many participants from the program have advanced to leadership roles in government bodies, private organizations, and investment funds. Meanwhile, Saudi professionals and female consultants continue to take leading roles across business services, project management, and direct client advisory within the team.

Future Operations in the Kingdom

Beyond client advisory services, the organisation plans to release economic research, host roundtables, and organize industry events. By scaling the BCG Riyadh office, the firm aims to maintain practical implementation support across Saudi Arabia’s developing commercial sectors.
