Checkout x Prypco
PRYPCO payment infrastructure recorded a 20 percent increase in transaction acceptance rates after integrating digital payment services from Checkout.com. The Dubai-based real estate platform announced the collaboration to handle rising transaction volumes across its investment products and prevent revenue loss from declined transactions.
Integration of PRYPCO Payment Infrastructure
The financial integration supports PRYPCO Blocks, a fractional property investment platform, by deploying direct acquiring and payment processing tools. In addition, the partnership covers PRYPCO Mint, a platform dedicated to real estate tokenization using blockchain. By utilizing these payment tools, the company manages payment flow during high-demand periods when developers launch new properties in the United Arab Emirates.
The companies upgraded the PRYPCO payment infrastructure to protect cardholder information and decrease false declines. Through network tokenization, sensitive credit and debit card details are swapped for unique digital identifiers. Consequently, this method improves overall data security under modern cybersecurity standards while raising the likelihood of bank transaction approvals.
Expansion Across Tokenization and Investment Portals
PRYPCO operates as a property investment hub founded by Amira Sajwani. The platform provides access to fractional property ownership, blockchain tokenization in cooperation with the Dubai Land Department, digital mortgages, gold investments, and Golden Visa administration. To date, the company has processed real estate transactions valued at more than AED 20 billion for over 110,000 customers in the fintech market.
Both organizations confirmed that the PRYPCO payment infrastructure handles sudden surges in transaction volume during new project releases. Customers also receive access to global payout solutions, which allow users to deposit and withdraw capital from their investment accounts with near-instant settlement. This capability provides liquid account management for individual investors participating in property purchases.
Security Improvements and Payout Capabilities
The payment setup went live in July, yielding measurable improvements in transaction performance for high-value purchases. Checkout.com, which is headquartered in London and maintains 19 international offices, processed more than $300 billion in ecommerce transactions during 2025 across more than 150 currencies. The provider works with regional enterprises including Alshaya Group, talabat, and Uber to process consumer transactions through scalable software apps.
