Abu Dhabi has officially introduced the TAMM Global platform as an independent entity to license its public sector technology internationally. The enterprise provides external governments with direct access to operating models, code architecture, and deployment support proven in the United Arab Emirates. With 4.7 million active users already utilizing the infrastructure locally, the initiative marks a transition toward exporting regional software worldwide.

International Expansion of the TAMM Global Platform

Operating as a private company, the venture licenses pre-built digital workflows that adapt to foreign regulations and statutory requirements. This setup assists public sector entities in adopting artificial intelligence without building underlying systems from scratch. Sovereign deployment choices let client states manage operational policies, citizen information, and digital infrastructure independently.

“TAMM was created in Abu Dhabi for one reason: to improve lives. Today, it serves millions of users and has become an integral part of how people and businesses interact with government. Through TAMM Global, we are building on that success by making capabilities developed and proven in Abu Dhabi available to governments seeking to deliver better outcomes for their people.”

Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi

Operational History and Measured Savings

Since starting in 2005, the central ecosystem has expanded into an administrative hub hosting over 1,200 public and private operations. Citizens use the application to process civil registrations, vehicle titles, and commercial banking setups. These unified apps save users nine in-person visits annually, returning 12 hours of administrative time to each resident per year.

Furthermore, internal metrics show administrative delivery costs dropped 30 percent, with most savings realized during initial deployment. User satisfaction increased from 78 percent in 2022 to 94.5 percent following modern software updates. In addition, the system helps drive the wider digital economy across regional markets through faster corporate licensing.

Proactive Automation and Service Delivery

Abu Dhabi augmented its core catalog in 2025 by deploying TAMM AutoGov, an automated public sector utility. The software agent proactively monitors routine records, schedules medical appointments, and processes periodic payments without explicit user commands. Consequently, public agencies experience fewer backlogs while constituents maintain active statutory records smoothly.

Industry Recognition and Global Strategy

The system collected multiple honors before opening to foreign markets. In 2025, the platform received recognition as the best e-Government initiative at the UN-backed World Summit on the Information Society Prizes. Later in 2026, it won the regional Government division of the Gartner Eye on Innovation Awards. Looking ahead, international partnerships will allow regional technical teams to deploy the software across emerging public administrations globally.
