The upcoming Digital Transformation Kuwait conference will convene on 9 and 10 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Kuwait. Organised under the theme of designing an intelligent future, the two-day event gathers government officials and technology leaders to discuss national digital strategies. The assembly aligns with national development targets outlined in Kuwait Vision 2035.
Agenda for Digital Transformation Kuwait
The gathering will examine public sector modernisation and intelligent infrastructure across several economic segments. Sheikh Mohammed Ahmed Al Sabah, Honorary President of the event and Chairman of the Association of Artificial Intelligence of Things, will deliver the opening keynote address. In addition, the sessions will explore secure connectivity, data centres, and cloud computing networks.
Discussions will also focus on integrating modern tools into banking, healthcare, education, and transport. Industry specialists will evaluate connected mobility, utility upgrades, and smart municipal planning. Consequently, participants will assess how automated systems can support long-term economic diversification goals.
Cross-Sector Representation and Participation
Organisers confirmed that Digital Transformation Kuwait will gather more than 800 delegates from over 500 organisations. More than 45 speakers will share operational insights during presentations and panel debates. Confirmed speakers include Najat Hussain from the Central Agency for Information Technology and Manal Al-Mazyad from the Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority.
Academic and investment leaders will also participate in the scheduled panel tracks. Dr. Ammar Alhusaini from IMPULSE and Professor Khalid Al-Begain from the Kuwait College of Science and Technology are scheduled to speak. Meanwhile, technology providers will present operational systems directly to visiting decision-makers.
Security and Digital Trust Priorities
Data governance and digital identity form crucial parts of the event agenda. Officials plan to examine methods to protect national systems through stronger cybersecurity standards. Furthermore, industry experts will review strategies for maintaining institutional trust across shared government databases.
Municipal authorities will review methods to deploy data-driven urban planning. Modern monitoring networks and smart city platforms will receive detailed attention during infrastructure sessions. Therefore, public agencies can coordinate operational responses across municipal utility grids.
Institutional Collaboration and Sectoral Reach
In addition, Digital Transformation Kuwait will feature more than 10 keynotes and panel sessions supported by public bodies. Cooperating entities include the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Works, and the Central Agency for Information Technology. Industry bodies such as the International Air Transport Association, also known as IATA, are participating as well.
Commercial institutions backing the summit include National Bank of Kuwait, Al Mowasat Hospital, and Dar Al Shifa Hospital. Higher education institutions like Gulf University for Science and Technology and Kuwait Technical College will contribute research perspectives. As a result, the event supports cross-industry alignment to advance artificial intelligence adoption across critical national services.
