Community Engagement and User Programs

Beyond product demonstrations, vehicle owners participated directly in the program schedule. A group of OMODA & JAECOO owners from different countries performed a musical composition dedicated to the brand, demonstrating international user collaboration. Furthermore, company representatives highlighted how customer feedback continues to inform product development and digital services in modern automotive manufacturing.

Direct Retail Operations in Riyadh

Alongside vehicle announcements, the company reiterated its commercial footprint in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. OMODA & JAECOO launched its first directly operated retail facility in Riyadh, introducing an integrated showroom format managed straight by the parent company. Consequently, the Riyadh store combines vehicle display zones, test drive bookings, sales transactions, and customer lounges in a unified commercial space.

The company noted that direct store management allows closer monitoring of consumer service benchmarks and product satisfaction. As a result, local buyers can access vehicle models and test drive schedules through streamlined on-site facilities.

Logistics Infrastructure in Dammam

To support its regional distribution, the manufacturer established an independent spare parts warehouse in Dammam prior to its official 2024 brand launch. This facility maintains steady inventory levels to accelerate maintenance schedules and component delivery across the Eastern Province and nationwide. Combined with new showroom assets, the logistics center reinforces commercial investments aligned with local automotive demand.
