Euro Systems showroom has officially opened in Riyadh, marking the company’s first permanent retail and consultation space in Saudi Arabia. The 3,552 sq. ft. facility is located in the Al Olaya district of downtown Riyadh, opposite Kingdom Tower.
The opening comes as Saudi Arabia’s luxury residential real estate market reaches an estimated USD 15 billion in 2025. Analysts forecast continued expansion driven by domestic and foreign investment, rising affluence, and urbanisation across Riyadh, Jeddah, and other major cities.
Euro Systems Showroom Location and Scale
The showroom spans 3,552 sq. ft. and sits in Al Olaya, one of Riyadh’s most commercially active districts. Euro Systems selected the site to position the company near architects, developers, and design professionals operating in the Saudi market.
Asrar Fayaz Khazi, Country Manager of Euro Systems KSA, said the location places the company at the centre of Saudi Arabia’s evolving design landscape. He added that proximity to leading architects and developers allows the team to directly address demand for high-specification architectural systems.
“Strategically located in Riyadh’s prestigious Olaya district, opposite the iconic Kingdom Tower, our showroom positions Euro Systems at the centre of Saudi Arabia’s evolving design landscape, placing us in close proximity to the region’s leading architects and developers.”

Products and Systems on Display
The showroom presents a range of architectural solutions across several product categories. Visitors can assess systems in a hands-on environment designed to reflect real-world project conditions.
- Interior and exterior shading systems
- Façade and glazing solutions
- Minimal doors and windows
- Acoustic systems
- Smart automation systems
A featured product in the space is the Gracili® Minimal System, which includes sliding doors and windows designed to maximise natural light and provide uninterrupted views. The system targets residential and commercial projects seeking minimal-frame aesthetics.
Showroom as a Technical Consultation Hub
Beyond product display, the facility functions as a centre for technical consultations, bespoke project support, and specification guidance. Euro Systems also plans to host client workshops at the location.
Khazi said the space bridges design intent with performance. He stated that architects, designers, and end users can explore materials, finishes, system configurations, and automation technologies in a setting that reflects actual usage conditions.
“Designed as a premium, high-end experience centre, the space invites architects, designers, and end users to explore and evaluate advanced systems and products up close in real-world settings, bridging design intent with performance while reflecting the Kingdom’s growing demand for quality, innovation, and design excellence.”

Euro Systems’ Regional Presence and Vision 2030 Context
Euro Systems operates production facilities and showrooms in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and now Saudi Arabia, in addition to a facility in the United Kingdom. The company manufactures, supplies, and installs architectural systems on a bespoke basis for clients globally.
The Saudi expansion aligns with رؤية السعودية 2030 and the broader wave of residential, commercial, and tourism development reshaping the Kingdom’s urban environment. The company said the Riyadh showroom represents a local gateway to technical expertise and collaborative project support for the Saudi design and development community.
Future Outlook
With the luxury real estate segment projected to grow beyond its 2025 valuation, demand for high-specification architectural products is expected to increase. Euro Systems said the Riyadh showroom is positioned to serve this demand as the Kingdom’s construction pipeline expands under Vision 2030 initiatives.
The company’s product portfolio also includes the Solange specialty shading systems and skylight shading systems, which it said align with current market trends in sustainable and design-forward construction.
