Huawei introduced its latest Huawei AI infrastructure alongside enterprise agent platforms during the Huawei Connect 2026 conference in Shanghai. The company announced plans to support enterprise artificial intelligence adoption across Middle East markets through new computing services and local partner programs.

Expanding Huawei AI Infrastructure for Enterprise Workloads

Dr. Peter Zhou, Director of the Board at Huawei and CEO of Huawei Cloud, presented the global launch of the AI Cluster Service (AICS) along with the Agentic Model as a Service platform. The updated system operates on Agentic Infra, an architecture focused on efficient token processing, unified scheduling, and secure autonomy.

According to Huawei Cloud, the updated AICS provides 20% higher token throughput compared to the previous generation. The computing service will become commercially available in international markets starting November 30, 2026.

Enterprise Agent Platform and Industry AI Foundry

Huawei Cloud also highlighted its AgentArts enterprise-grade platform, which currently serves more than 100 enterprise clients. The tool is scheduled for commercial availability outside China starting December 30, 2026, offering dedicated environments for building operational agents.

Meanwhile, the Industry AI Foundry has accumulated over 1,000 industry assets across finance, manufacturing, and healthcare. Huawei added two operational zones focused on Smart Government and AI Hardware to support public sector cybersecurity and enterprise deployments.

Launch of the SCALE Partner Support System

To assist regional delivery teams, Huawei rolled out the SCALE partner support system. Leo Chen, Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales, stated that the framework helps regional systems integrators build, test, and run specialized industry models.

The partner framework covers five key pillars: scenario-based solutions, co-innovation, aligned marketing, local services, and efficient collaboration. Partners have already constructed more than 100 scenario-specific deployments across eight vertical industries.
