Cloud software provider TCN acquires Abstrakt to integrate real-time agent assistance and automated quality assurance tools into its contact center platform. The acquisition brings Abstrakt’s automated QA technology and workforce optimization capabilities directly into TCN’s existing software suite, according to an announcement from the St. George, Utah company on October 1, 2026.

Integration of Real-Time Assistance Tools

The transaction allows TCN to embed Abstrakt’s live agent support features into its core platform and Virtual Agents solution. Consequently, the combined technologies aim to assist customer service representatives during active calls while providing operational data to managers. The platform updates also address workforce optimization, allowing organizations using enterprise software applications to track operational compliance and daily interaction metrics across customer service teams.

Strategic Reasons TCN Acquires Abstrakt

Prior to the acquisition, the two technology companies maintained a close working partnership. As a result, the transition brings Abstrakt’s intellectual property directly into TCN’s portfolio under the new operating name Abstrakt, a TCN company. The integration uses automated intelligence to assist agents with live guidance, reducing response errors and standardizing customer support workflows across enterprise environments.

“By integrating Abstrakt’s real-time assistance and automated QA directly into our platform, we are removing the guesswork from agent interactions and enabling our clients to deliver a more consistent, high-quality customer experience. This acquisition is a significant milestone in our mission to make the agent’s day-to-day work easier and more rewarding.”

Executive Perspectives on the Deal

Executives from both firms highlighted the collaborative history leading up to the transaction. TCN focuses on cloud contact center software that automates compliance tasks and digital customer communications, while Abstrakt specializes in live agent coaching and QA systems within the broader business economy.

“We’ve had a really strong partnership with TCN, and we’ve always had a lot of respect for the company, the team and what they’re building. We’re excited to bring what we’ve built at Abstrakt into a platform we already know and trust.”

Operational Changes and Customer Communication

Moving forward, the business unit operating as Abstrakt, a TCN company will communicate directly with its current customer base regarding service continuity and feature updates. Furthermore, the combined technology footprint allows TCN to deploy expanded artificial intelligence features and automated QA checks without requiring separate third-party software integrations. In this expanded capacity where TCN acquires Abstrakt, the organization plans to maintain existing service agreements while introducing unified platform updates across its digital communications channels.
