PureCS cybersecurity services will expand across the United Arab Emirates under a new agreement with Dell Technologies. The collaboration uses the PureCS Security Operations Centre in Abu Dhabi to deliver Managed Detection and Response as well as Extended Detection and Response services to public and private entities.

Expansion of PureCS Cybersecurity Operations

The agreement unites Dell’s international capabilities with PureCS’s local digital infrastructure. Consequently, organisations can identify security incidents earlier and safeguard their core digital operations through the Abu Dhabi facility. The initiative supports local data security requirements across multiple business sectors.

Furthermore, the initiative aligns with rising investments in regional network protection and critical cybersecurity defenses. Rashed Humaid AlNeyadi, Chief Operating Officer of PureCS, addressed the importance of localized operational security.

“As the UAE accelerates its digital transformation, the ability to protect critical systems, sensitive data and essential services is becoming increasingly important to national and economic resilience. Our collaboration with Dell Technologies brings together global cybersecurity expertise and sovereign capabilities to help organisations stay ahead of increasingly sophisticated threats, while maintaining the benefits of locally delivered security services.”

Integration of Global Technology and Local Infrastructure

Dell selected PureCS due to its regional presence and established operational capacity within the country. Walid Yehia, Managing Director for the UAE at Dell Technologies, explained the strategic focus of the joint effort.

“We chose to work closely with PureCS for its deep regional expertise, sovereign infrastructure, and proven ability to deliver at scale within the UAE. By combining Dell’s global technology leadership with PureCS’s local presence, we can give customers a greater level of protection and confidence as they navigate an increasingly complex threat landscape.”

Moreover, modern enterprises require verified infrastructure to support cloud computing platforms, enterprise apps, and advanced analytics. The joint framework ensures that security operations remain rooted directly inside the country.

Regional Market Projections

The agreement arrives during sustained spending growth across the Middle Eastern tech market. According to research firm MarketsandMarkets, regional cybersecurity spending will expand from USD 18.56 billion in 2026 to USD 29.39 billion by 2031. This forecast indicates a compound annual growth rate of 9.6 percent over the five-year period.

Accelerated digital transformation and modern threats continue to drive this market expansion. Consequently, government and private operators are allocating greater capital toward managed security operations centers and automated detection tools.

Future Outlook and Sovereign Infrastructure

As regional institutions accelerate their adoption of AI tools, resilient digital infrastructure becomes necessary for ongoing operations. PureCS, an operating unit of PureHealth, hosts client data within UAE borders to maintain sovereign compliance.

In addition, the alliance between Dell and PureCS cybersecurity operations helps critical entities build trusted operational resilience. Local service delivery ensures that sensitive systems comply with UAE regulatory standards while adopting automated protection tools.
