HUMAIN has partnered with EY MENA to develop Saudi Arabia’s first AI-native BPO services, combining advanced machine intelligence infrastructure with international advisory expertise.
The initiative establishes a new model for corporate operations, integrating autonomous agents, automated workflows, and human supervision into unified business systems. In addition, the partnership supports commercial development across the Kingdom’s expanding digital economy.
Development of AI-native BPO services
Under the agreement, EY provides functional knowledge, industry analysis, and market entry strategies to support the rollout of AI-native BPO services across key commercial sectors. HUMAIN supplies the underlying technical stack, computing systems, and agent frameworks required to execute complex tasks.
“AI is redefining what enterprises are capable of, not just how they operate. Together with EY, we are building a new operating model where intelligent agents, automation, and human expertise work as one, enabling organizations to move faster, make better decisions and create entirely new sources of value.”
Tareq Amin, Chief Executive Officer of HUMAIN
Role of the HUMAIN ONE Platform
The project expands the capabilities of HUMAIN ONE, an integrated platform designed to deploy autonomous agents and automated workflows across operational divisions. Specifically, the system allows companies to modernize core administrative tasks using advanced software tools.
“We are focused on bringing the full depth of EY professional expertise to strengthen and enhance HUMAIN ONE as it evolves, drawing on capabilities across finance, audit, tax, and advisory services.”
Abdulaziz Al-Sowailim, EY MENA Chairman and CEO
Strategic Collaboration Between HUMAIN and EY
The joint project broadens an existing working arrangement between both entities in Riyadh. Furthermore, EY brings experience from 27 regional offices and a workforce of more than 8,500 specialists across the Middle East and North Africa to support enterprise execution.
“EY is committed to building a comprehensive portfolio of AI solutions for HUMAIN that helps organizations realize enterprise value at scale. As AI becomes a fundamental building block of modern business, competitive advantage will come not simply from the technology itself, but from how it is applied with trust, expertise and confidence.”
Raj Sharma, EY Global Managing Partner – Growth and Innovation
Enterprise Operations and Future Outlook
Rather than implementing disconnected automation tools, the initiative embeds machine learning directly into end-to-end operational pipelines. Consequently, client companies can link existing digital infrastructure with modern artificial intelligence systems to lower operational complexity and accelerate processing speed.
Through these AI-native BPO services, HUMAIN and EY plan to deliver scalable operational support to both public and private entities across Saudi Arabia and international markets.
